PRODECON simplifies its procedures for taxpayers
On October 14, 2025, the Agreement establishing measures to simplify the procedures taxpayers complete with PRODECON was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
It is based on the constitutional mandate and the National Law to Eliminate Bureaucratic Procedures, which require authorities to implement administrative simplification, digitalization, good regulatory practices, and the reduction of bureaucratic burdens (such as not requesting specific documents or eliminating unnecessary requirements).
The objective is for PRODECON, in its role of ensuring tax justice and defending taxpayers, to improve the legal certainty and security of its services, making them more accessible, simpler, and efficient.
